CAPCCAT is offered on an annual subscription basis. The purchase of a subscription can be accomplished online by clicking the link below. You will be asked to enter information about yourself and the company you represent, and you will set up a unique username and password. Payment of the subscription is performed online through PayPal; a secure, online payment system that accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as payment from established PayPal accounts. For other payment options, please contact GlobalTox.
The price of an annual subscription is $3,000.00 CAD. Please note that all subscriptions are non-refundable. This price includes unlimited access to CAPCCAT by a single user for the period of one year from the date of receipt of payment of the subscription. Your subscription includes:

Compliance assessment and management is not an exact science. Consideration of regulatory options and obligations often requires knowledge and experience with the subtleties of CEPA '99 and the New Substances Notification Regulations. GlobalTox specializes in providing regulatory support and has built trusted relationships with Canadian regulatory officials. We are well positioned to provide you with regulatory interpretation of the compliance determination outputs provided by CAPCCAT. Therefore, in conjunction with CAPCCAT, GlobalTox is pleased to offer expert consultative services. These services are only available to CAPCCAT subscribers. The confidentiality of information discussed during the use of these consultative services is protected under the User Agreement that must be authorized upon subscription to CAPCCAT. Please note that all expert consultative services are non-refundable.
Bundled Packages
Bundles of 3, 5 and 10 hours of expert consultative services may be purchased at discounted rates, depending upon the bundle purchased. These bundles may be purchased at the time of subscription to CAPCCAT for the following prices:
One-year subscription + 3 hour ECS bundle: $3,540.00 CAD
One-year subscription + 5 hour ECS bundle: $3,900.00 CAD
One-year subscription + 10 hour ECS bundle: $4,600.00 CAD
Bundled packages may be purchased by subscribers at a later date for the bundle price indicated below, if desired.
3 hour ECS bundle: $540.00 CAD($180.00/hr)
5 hour ECS bundle: $900.00 CAD($180.00/hr)
10 hour ECS bundle: $1,600.00 CAD($160.00/hr)
Single-Hour Package
GlobalTox is also pleased to offer a single-hour package to our CAPCCAT subscribers. This package provides regulatory support services in increments of quarter hours at a rate of $200.00/hr. If you wish to take advantage of these services, please contact GlobalTox.
